The Role / Person

We are on the lookout for a highly focused and detail-orientated individual to join our Finance team!

At the core of this role is bank transactions and journal processing - your challenge will be completing reconciliations of general ledger and suspense accounts. You will also support the accounts payable, account receivable and rates officer roles in a range of activities. You will also champion the asset capitalisation process including capital work in progress monitoring.

This role will undertake process mapping of all tasks carried out in the Finance Unit such as payables, receivables and bank processing etc.

Attention to detail and accuracy of work, with the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines, is a must. This role suits an individual who has demonstrated financial administration experience, coupled with exceptional MS Office skills and computer literacy. You’ll be a star when it comes to picking up new systems and learning new processes.
