About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who loves systems and processes as much as we do. You'll play a key role in delivering consistent, high quality results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and payroll preparation and review

• Compliance tasks (Activity Statements, workers' comp, payroll tax, STP, TPAR)

• Primary client contact (phone and email)

• Assist with month-end reporting and forecasting

• Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements

• Provide training and feedback to other team members

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (4 days), including Mondays and Tuesdays for payroll support.

Location: Anywhere in Australia! Work from home, from a co-working space close to you or from one of our existing office/co-working spaces (currently in Lismore, Caloundra and Hobart).

• Experience in bookkeeping/accounting using cloud-based software
