You will be designing for Exact Online, designing smart, cloud-based, business software. You will be doing research, (re)designing, testing prototypes and ideas, and then repeating this cycle until you get to a fantastic user-friendly experience for tour users. As a senior designer, you will have the opportunity to lead complex design projects that will have a big impact on our users' daily work. And that's not all. We can rely on you as a designer to:

Have the customer’s needs in mind at all times;
Be creative and dare to think outside the box;
Be eager to understand complex processes;
Push for the simplest solution that meets the users’ needs and business objectives;
Coach, critique and support fellow designers;
Take ownership of complex design projects from ideation, and prototyping to testing your designs;
Contributing to our growing design system;

You will join a group of passionate designers in the UX team which includes a Product design team and a Design System team. Our designers are enthusiastic, talented professionals, that work closely together and support each other to achieve the best outcome. They are always there to advocate for the users and help build solutions that our users need and enjoy using. Besides that, you will be working closely with Product owners, development teams, internal stakeholders AND users to make your work as impactful as possible.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of UX Designer in the UX team, it’s helpful if you have good communication and presentation skills. And thrive to learn and try new approaches and ideas. What’s more, you bring:

7+ years of professional experience in UX Design;
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills in Web;
A degree in relevant fields;
You are good at relationship building and are able to deal with feedback from various stakeholders;
Up-to-date knowledge of web technologies and cloud awareness;
Experience in working on Design Systems and Mobile design is an advantage;
Experience in Figma is an advantage.

If we have enough in common, there will first be a telephone intake with the recruiter.
The second step is an in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a senior designer, finally, an interview with product line representative.
The selection procedure takes about 3 weeks.
