We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Housekeeping Attendants to join our dynamic housekeeping team at One North Terrace.

Managed by leading hospitality management company, 1834 Hotels, this is an exciting chance to be part of a leading brand. The successful candidate/s will be dedicated, hard-working, and hands-on. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day housekeeping operations meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and clean all allocated guest rooms, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard.
Assist guests with all queries and complaints, providing accurate information about property facilities and features.
Comply with guest privacy and security procedures.
Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring adequate supplies and a presentable appearance at all times.
Ideal Candidate:

A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach with a strong work ethic.
Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proactive, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering high-quality service.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accurate reporting.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
Strong appreciation and compliance with workplace safety standards.
