Responsibilities include:

Chef:

- Preparing and cooking a variety of Maltese and Italian dishes, with a focus on pizza and pasta.
- Preparing a variety Asian dishes including Chinese, Thai and Japanese.
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ordering and managing inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Bartender:

- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Managing cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
