We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Team Leader – Substations & Private Network Maintenance to lead our depot-based maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the maintenance team and coordinate site activities.

Prepare job materials, documentation, and ensure WHS compliance.

Conduct daily pre-start meetings and vehicle checks.

Manage labour and resource allocation across jobs.

Serve as the main point of contact for substation and private network clients in your region.

Review job management system data to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Contribute to depot management, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Trade-qualified Electrician (Cert III or equivalent) with strong HV maintenance experience.

Proven leadership ability and experience supervising small teams.

Solid understanding of maintenance best practices and safety standards.

Flexibility to participate in overtime or standby rosters as required.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Construction White Card

Forklift Licence

First Aid Certificate
