The Opportunity
We're actively seeking expressions of interest from General Practitioners to join our team, providing on-site, relationship-based medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Facilities across Victoria.

This role is designed for GPs who value clinical depth over volume and want to practise in a structured, well-supported environment. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, allowing you to build meaningful clinical relationships and deliver thoughtful, continuity-focused care — without the pace or pressures of traditional general practice.

You will be supported by a dedicated on-site nurse, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, and a highly experienced administrative team, enabling you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than coordination, paperwork or logistics.

Requirements
General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions. Overseas applicants need not apply.
Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM
Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth.
Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred.
A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
