Description

Dinkin’s Bakery Ltd. is seeking 4 Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Dinkin’s Taste of Tuscany Restaurant, Monaghan.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high food quality standards, supporting menu development, and supervising kitchen operations in line with company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; food hygiene. Must be HACCP trained.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at similar role; be able to work in a fast-paced environment; high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
Salary €34000 per year based on 39 hours per week.
Job Location: Taste of Tuscany Restaurant, 11/12 Church Square, Monaghan, Co Monaghan, H18 T289, Ireland.
