Straw Services Australia is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of:

PLANT OPERATOR

About us:

The Role:

Safe operation of plant machinery

Monitoring of bailing operations

Loading of round bales and bulk products into walking floors, tipping trucks, flat tops etc

Communication with logistics operators

Care and maintenance of plant machinery

Basic administrative tasks as required

About you:

Working with the Straw Services Australia team out of our Bombala factory, you will have the following skills and attributes:

Car licence essential

HC licence desirable

Availability for occasional weekend work by negotiation

Reliable

Ability to start at 600am, if required

Team player

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to undertake manual tasks

Responsible and work in a safe manner at all times

Comfortable working in all weather conditions
