Managing HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced & senior leadership level HR professional who is now looking for, or open to, a new challenge? My client, a high profile US manufacturing multinational are now, due to a combination of significant business growth & internal moves, looking to recruit a Managing HR BP to join their team in Limerick

This role is an outstanding opportunity for a senior level & highly experienced HR candidate to develop & progress their career with a global leader in their sector & one of the most reputable multinational employers in Ireland.

The Role:

As a key part of the HR leadership team, you will collaborate with colleagues across diverse Irish & EMEA sites on HR matters, design & deliver HR strategies & projects, provide strategic insights & act as a key HR resource for the overall corporate executive team.

More specifically you will localise global HR strategies to individual business units/locations, take ownership of performance management, executive coaching & succession planning initiatives, advise local management teams on best HR practices, utilise HR metrics & tools for management reports, anticipate & plan for upcoming recruitment needs & act as the voice of Irish HR amongst the wider global HRBP team.

Candidate Requirements:

5+ years senior level HR experience.
3rd level degree qualified (or above) in HR or a related discipline.
Experience of working in a unionised manufacturing multinational would be a major advantage.
Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
Proven ability to manage projects & take decisions.
The Offer:

This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days office based & the balance working from home/remote so could suit candidates outside the immediate Limerick region.

Salary will depend on skills/experience but is expected to be a base of 90-100k + full benefits & bonus.
