Hello everyone!
Looking for Customer Coordinator for Reproductive Medicine Clinic in Mexico City
Responsibilities:
- Accompanying clients to the clinic for all visits (recording in the clinic for tests, communication with doctors)
- Organization of transfer for arrival, hotel booking
- Full support of clients during the last visit, including the maternity hospital, communication with a lawyer, organization of transfer, recommendations for housing, rental housing
- Quick response to messages and any force majeure situations
- Financial statements
- Prompt communication to maintenance managers
Languages: English - spoken; (Spanish as a plus)
