Description

Arafura Catering Equipment are located in DARWIN (Parap), NT. We are a Commercial Hospitality supplies and service company currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our service and spares team as a Admin Assistant.

This is a casual position to begin with, for the right person possibility to change to part time or full time in the future.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Spare Parts Stock Control
Ordering & Invoicing Procedures
Spare Parts Sales and Customer Service (in store and via phone and email)
General Administration
Prerequisites:

Be in Australia and have ability to work 15+ hours per week.
Must a self starter and willing to follow company procedures.
Ability to multi task.
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft applications and windows based systems.
Must have a professional phone manner and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English language knowledge.
Must show initiative and be a team player.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Experience in the service/spares/hospitality industry would be an advantage.

This position is unsuitable for tourist/student/restricted visas, and we do not offer visa assistance.

 

This is a casual position, working Monday – Friday, position hours are between 8am till 4.30pm, hours to be negotiated.
