The successful candidate should showcase proven retail management expertise, a drive for success, a desire to be part of a thriving organisation, exceptional customer service abilities, and the knack for maintaining an upbeat and positive team culture!

What you'll do:
Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
Foster an amazing culture
Report to the Area Manager
Drive store sales and meet KPIs
Support your your team & guide
Ensure operational excellence
General store maintenance
Tuesday - Saturday Roster

What do you need:
1-2 years retail management experience (Footwear experience is a bonus)
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
