Sea School International is seeking a full-time administration assistant for an immediate start.

As a national leader in maritime education, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive recreational and commercial training programs across Australia. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

This position will be full-time (9 am – 5 pm).

Day-to-day tasks will include the following:

Work cooperatively and support the team where applicable.
Answering phones and assisting with student queries.
Database Administration.
Maintenance and support of student management and assessment software.
Document scanning, uploading, printing and collating.
Communicate with students about any updates on courses.
Student follow-ups.
Assist in the development and implementation of student pathway programs.
Skills and experience:

Previous experience in an administration role.
Customer service skills/experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
The ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
Desired but not required:

Cert IV TAE
Master 24m NC
Marine Engine Driver Grade 2
Knowledge of the marine industry would be advantageous, but it is not a requirement.
