How you will make an impact

 

- Perform various administrative duties

 

- Participate in planning new employee orientation meetings

 

- Research the internet to uncover potential customers

 

- Update employee database information

Requirements
- Paycom experience required

 

- Deep understanding of Answering Inbound Calls

 

- Foundational knowledge in Answering Inquiries

 

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

 

- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

 

- Highly detailed oriented and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

 

- Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment

 

- At least 1+ years of HR related experience desired

 

- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

 

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
