Our client is a nationally recognised hearing aid retail provider, committed to enhancing the lives of their customers through expert care and tailored hearing solutions. They are currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Mittagong, NSW.


Our ideal candidate will bring solid managerial experience and the confidence to operate the store independently. You must have your own car and a valid driver's licence. Full training will be provided initially, either in Dapto or Campbelltown.

Hours-

MONDAY: 9-5.30
TUESDAY: 9 - 5:30
WEDNESDAY: 9 - 5:30
THURSDAY: 10.30 - 7PM
FRIDAY: 9 - 5:30

Salary-

$61k + Super + Performance Bonuses

About the role

You will lead a team of part time & casual retail sales associates, provide coaching to help your team reach sales targets, manage day-to-day running of store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations independently

Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding service

Drive sales and achieve store targets

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for clients

About You:

Previous experience in a management role

Proven ability to run a store independently with minimal supervision

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities
