We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a production team of employers in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have experience in hammer hand duties, labouring, building frames and trusses, and operating machinery.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and assembly of frames and trusses
Perform labouring tasks to support production processes
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements
Must have Previous experience in hammer hand, labouring or machine operation. Frame and Truss experience a bonus
Must be physically fit with ability to lift 25kg+ consistently for 8-12 hours a day
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Team player with strong communication skills
Must pass Pre-employment checks: drug test and MOJ check
