We are a family-owned business in the forestry industry for over 20 years, located in Morwell and Yarram. We are currently seeking experienced Workshop Manager & Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team for the maintenance and repairs of our trucking fleet. These are full-time positions and will be based at our workshop in Morwell.

Our truck fleet predominantly consists of Mack and Kenworth trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on log trucks, tippers and trailers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Mechanical Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel Mechanic)

Proven experience working on Mack, Kenworth trucks.

Strong mechanical knowledge.

A commitment to maintaining safe work practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A strong work ethic and a desire for long-term career growth.
