About the Role

The Warehouse Operator completes all warehouse functions including picking of orders, receival, despatch and stock take.

Key Requirements

Possess a current Australian Fork Lift Licence with Twin Tyne and or High Reach experience

Prior experience in a similar role ideally in a food manufacturing environment

Possess a current drivers licence and reliable transport

Be punctual and reliable

Ability to undertake manual labour including unloading and loading containers

Be available for overtime during busy periods

Be available for multiple shifts if required, including day, afternoon and night shifts

Have the ability to maintain focus under pressure

Have a high attention to detail

Have excellent communication skills

Be a strong team player – to accomplish company goals and to identify and assist in resolving problems.

Have a strong safety focus

Have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision

What You Should Know About Our Operations

Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland.

Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
