Chef de Partie Senior Position is needed for Marlfield House, Marlfield, Gorey, Wexford, Ireland.

Skills:
To work with the Head Chef at the lodge and lead the kitchens in their absence.
Experienced Cook to work alongside the kitchen team.
Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Control budget and minimize waste.

Salary: 34,000 - 42,000 euros annually
