Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, sales, or a similar role, with a keen interest in property. This role involves understanding and interpreting clients' needs, presenting customer layout options to meet preferences and budgets, and selling the dream home. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services through various channels, building and maintaining networking relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and interpret clients' needs, preferences, and budgets.

- Present customer layout options to meet clients' preferences and budgets.

- Sell the dream home to prospective homeowners.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.

- Manage and grow social media presence to attract potential clients.

- Build and maintain networking relationships within the industry.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.

- Take a proactive approach in assisting clients throughout the home buying process.

- Work independently and autonomously out of the Que Homes show home.

- Be a part of an established home builder with a strong reputation.

 

Experience:

- Experience in a similar role, real estate, or sales with a focus on property.

- Strong understanding of clients' needs and preferences.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Proficient in using CRM packages.

- Self-motivated, highly motivated, and able to work independently.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Proactive approach to customer service.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Energy, creativity, and organisational skills.

- Marketing and Social Media Experience would be ideal.
