Sous Chef is needed for Yeah Burgr, 41 Watergate Street, Navan, Co. Meath, C15A9TW, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and willing to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Directs food preparation and collaborates with the executive chef.
Helps in the design of the food and quality menu.
Produces high-quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
Experience 5 years minimum.

Work: 39 hrs. / Week
Salary: 34,000 - 45,000 euro / annually
