We’re Hiring a Dim Sum Chef (Cantonese/Guangdong Cuisine is a Bonus) – Hundested

Are you passionate about making authentic dim sum—from har gow and siu mai to bao, dumplings, and classic small bites? Then we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a skilled Dim Sum Chef to help elevate our kitchen and deliver a true dim sum experience in Hundested.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience making dim sum (dough, fillings, folding techniques, steaming, and consistent quality)

Works efficiently and stays organized—even during busy hours

Has a strong eye for taste, consistency, and presentation

Follows hygiene and food safety standards

Is a team player and takes responsibility

Bonus (not required):

Knowledge of Cantonese/Guangdong (Canton) Chinese cuisine (hot dishes, wok skills, sauces, marinades, etc.)

Your tasks may include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dim sum items

Mise en place, preparing fillings, sauces, and daily production

Ensuring consistent quality and smooth service
