We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
3+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience.
