One of our stable clients located in the Wilmington Delaware area seeks a thorough Sr. Financial Analyst to join their successful finance team! In this role, you will research, analyze and report on past performance, industry trends, pricing and other key financial and operational data in order to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish corporate goals. This Sr. Financial Analyst must have strong technical skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and Hyperion and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. This is a high visibility role.

Major Responsibilities

· Analysis of financial and operations processes

· Variance Analysis

· Daily reporting of KPIs

· Budgeting & Forecasting

· Develop and maintain financial reports in internal database

· Process Improvement

Requirements
The ideal Sr. Financial Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

Other requirements for the Sr. Financial Analyst role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of accounting experience

· SAP experience highly preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong interest in data analysis

· Manufacturing industry experience a plus
