Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1 years of professional accounting experience or internships
Expertise in ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains etc.)
Advanced Excel skills

Key Responsibilities:

As a Family Office Accountant, you will:

Manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Perform reconciliations and financial analysis
Utilize ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Prepare financial statements and reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive financial support

Requirements
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

- Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

- BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

- Experience with ERP systems

- 1+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
