The ROLE

Maintains inventory levels sufficient to meet ongoing needs including managing stock item registers and inventory details.
Receives purchases and compares goods received with invoices.
Coordinates the maintenance and upkeep and repairs of assets for both the yard and as required for projects.
Coordinates and participates in general store maintenance programs including (but not limited to) stock takes, bin maintenance, labelling/tagging, pricing & issue resolution.
Ensures store and yard kept in a tidy and safe condition.
Any other duties or tasks as reasonably directed.

About YOU

2+ years previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic wharehouse principals including store operations and inventory management.
Knowledge of appropriate manual handling techniques.
Good communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office software.
Medium rigid drivers licence (or higher) and a clean driving record.
Forklift ticket
Construction Industy White Card (or ability to obtain one).
Dogman or riggers ticket (desirable)
