JOB CENTER for migrant workers

Irisford Limited are seeking to employ Section Managers for its Pig production site at Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
The main duties/responsibilities include:
Managing one of the following production sections.
Dry sow section, farrowing section, weaner section, first stage fattener section, finisher section.
Implementing a standardised work routine and pig flow rotation across all aspects of the farm.
Supporting and implementing lean processes on the sites requirements.
The successful applicants will need to have technical and practical competence as well as the ability to make sound business decisions. Previous experience is essential and any formal qualification is greatly valued. A proven track record in dealing and managing staff would be helpful. The salary for this position is €30,000 per annum based on 39 hours per week.
