Our client, a well know construction company located in Westchester County, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their growing team! As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting guest, answering and transferings calls, and supporting the teams on projects when needed.

 

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:

Answer high volume of calls.
Meet and greet guest.
Enter and update sales orders.
Order office supplies.
Assist with various projects when needed.
