Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique law firm located in Naperville that's looking to hire a Real Estate Attorney with at least 3-5+ years of experience to assist with handling land use & zoning and commercial real estate transactions. Prior real estate transactions experience is required. This position is paying between $120-200K+ depending on your level of land use & zoning experience. Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities:

Assist with managing real estate and land use & zoning transactions
Communicate with other attorneys, clients and title companies as well as a variety of county government employees
Draft real estate sale and purchase contracts as well as closing documents
Attend and present at zoning, planning and city council board meetings
Set up corporate and LLC documents
Maintain case files and assist with legal research

Requirements
JD and licensed in IL
3-5+ years of experience handling land use and zoning, or commercial real estate transactions
