As a result of our ongoing achievements, we are expanding and excited to announce a new opportunity within our team. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis in the Auckland region. This role requires a minimum 55-hour work week and calls for a dynamic individual committed to a long term employment.

About You:

You have a clean New Zealand Full Licence
You have a clear understanding of safety procedures, be a team player, and able to use your own initiative
You have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in working on civil constructions sites.
You must have experience working in the three waters area.
You are willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to commencement of employment.
You have strong attention to detail, exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to lead a team successfully.
You may be completing the following key tasks, but this will not be limited to:

Following all of the company’s systems and procedures.
Ensuring that all work tasks and activities are performed in a safe and effective manner.
Ensuring that health and safety and environmental considerations are made when carrying out or directing work activities and carrying out regular workplace inspections to ensure compliance.
Conducting a Pre-Start Task Analysis each day.
Undertaking emergency training and practice drills, conducting de-briefs and producing minutes.
Managing the site team, including sub-contractors – giving instructions, support and driving productivity.
Being aware of approved changes in scope and conducting undertaking work accordingly.
Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and Project Managers.
Receiving materials on-site and checking they meet the specifications / order requirements.
Reviewing and undertaking Work Method Statements prepared by the Project Manager.
