Our client, a highly regarded specialist has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their established practice in a job share position.

You will deliver innovative administration services and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the practice.
Meeting and greeting patients
Managing new patient and existing patient enquiries
Scheduling patient appointments and liaising with public and private hospitals regarding bookings and procedures
Invoicing, receipting, and following up on patient accounts
Undertaking daily banking and reconciliation
Have a sound understanding of patient confidentiality requirements in a medical practice
Ordering office supplies for the practice
Managing practice correspondence
Utlising Genie Software and eclipse payments
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a medical setting. You will be focused on patient care, have superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organisational skills. You will have a professional manner, be able to multi task and have a keen eye for detail. You will have sound computer knowledge and a good understanding of running a busy practice.
