Description

Truck and Tractor, has been a trusted brand, supplying products and services to the agricultural and transport industry in the Southern Regions of NSW for over 40 years.

We have an outstanding opportunity to take a leadership role in our Southern Highlands Branch at Mittagong.

The Branch Manager’s role, covers all aspects of the operation, including Sales, Service, Spare parts and Administration within the Mittagong team. This role also contributes to the management of Group operations across all sites.

As a member of the Management team and leader for the Mittagong Branch, you will be required to focus your efforts on driving revenue and profitability of the branch.

 

About You:

You will be self-motivated, with the ability to lead and direct others in a sales and operational environment.

Commercial and finance skills, required to calculate and transact sales and financial administration of customer orders and the administration skills required to oversee the efficient operation of a multi-franchise branch operation.

Related product knowledge and experience from the agricultural industry will be essential, including Sales/Service/product technical knowledge.

Previous experience in a leadership role within a sales-focused operation.

Interpersonal skills, to be able to create new relationships and build on existing relationships with current customers, key accounts, local government and suppliers.

Sales-focused person, who can maintain a balance between brand, reputation, revenue, profitability, customer expectations, deadlines and commitments.

HR and forklift license will be required or will need to be obtained on commencement.
