Device maintenance and queue management,
Providing of information and acceptance of applications,
Preparation and provision of references and statements,
Helping to use terminals,
Mobile app and card sales,
Acceptance of Gold Bag Order RequestCard accounting, return of undelivered cards,
Acceptance of card applications (unblocking , transaction clarification: data change, SMS service activation, etc.),
Sale of insurance products (APPA, Voluntary insurance).

Higher education or graduate student,
Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel),
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English is desirable,
Communication and service skills,
Ability to manage stress and conflict situations,
High sense of discipline and responsibility.
