About the role

Manage and supervise the coordination of Clinical Staff / activities per the study task pads and troubleshoot any on-study issues that arise in the clinical unit on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll be doing

Manage unforeseen resourcing requirements within the clinical unit and organise sufficient and appropriately trained personnel.
Amend approved task pads in terms of updating dosing times, bed order, staff allocation in conjunction with / absence of the Resourcing Department.
Provide leadership and manage emergency situations.
Perform clinical procedures / assessments per the approved protocol requirements.
Administer Investigational Product, prescription and concomitant medications via all routes (i.e. IV / IM / SC / PO etc.)
Provide general nursing care and monitor the wellbeing of patients / healthy volunteers when on study, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Provide ongoing training / mentoring of clinical staff in clinical procedures and facility orientation as required.
What we're looking for

Ability to organise, execute and complete clinical trials per approved study protocols, ICH-GCP and standard operating procedures.
APHRA accredited Division 1 Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage staff and coordinate shifts.
Flexibility in working hours and duties.
Must have Full Working Rights in Australia
