JOB CENTER for migrant workers

This role primarily involves correctly and efficiently breaking down and boning carcasses, slicing and cutting all meat (Beef, Lamb, Pork, and Chicken) for the fresh retail case, whilst reducing wastage and maximising Gross Profit. You will need to be able to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience and assist them with your passion for customer service. • Are you a Qualified Butcher, Butcher or completing your apprenticeship

• Do you have at least 2 years relevant work experience

• Have you got a genuine passion for the Retail Butcher Trade.

• Are you a team player with a can-do attitude

• Are you able to work weekends

• Have you got the flexibility to work non-rostered days

• Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of their role

• 40 hours Able to do extra shifts if required.

• Open to severing customers & handling money

• Merchandise the retail displays.

• 5 rostered days on 2 days of weekly
