About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a professional, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Ballarat store.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily store operations, and leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role suits a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail sales and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations

Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team

Drive sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs

Manage the full sales cycle (customer engagement through to delivery)

Maintain high standards of customer service

Monitor and report on store performance

Ensure compliance with OH&S standards

Maintain strong product knowledge across all ranges

Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager

Proven track record in retail sales and KPI achievement

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience with POS systems and retail software

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Bedding/furniture or big-ticket retail experience (highly regarded but not essential)
