The Role:

The Retail Store Assistant's primary duties include processing inventory and manage retail stores operations and activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new deliveries and reporting any discrepancies

• Accurately pricing all inventory stock.

• Processing retail stock orders and receipts on internal purchasing system

• Undertaking periodic stock cycle counts

• Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high

• Assisting in quarterly retail stocktakes

• Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimising space utilisation

• Prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency

Skills & Experience that we need:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise.

The Offer:

This is a permanent full-time position based on site in Bunratty Co. Clare and the salary is expected to be in the range of €24K /€25K per annum, based on the candidate’s experience.

The duties will be performed onsite in Bunratty, and candidates must be available to work 5 days over 7 days to include weekends, roster basis.
