Description

Great opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Receptionist in our fast-paced Busselton clinic in a full-time capacity.

This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.

 

Responsibilities

Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required.
Enter and update patient registration details
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

Strong customer service and patient focus skills
Eagerness to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services is highly desirable
