JOB CENTER for migrant workers

Juan Bermudez and Robert Half recently partnered with a rapidly growing company looking to add a Controller to their team. As Controller, you will work directly with company leadership and play a key role in the continued growth of the company. Your responsibilities as Controller, will consist of, but not be limited to the following:

1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

2. Process accounts payable

3. Process payroll

4. Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts

5. Prepare monthly variance analysis

6. Review and update current accounting processes and systems

7. Partner with external parties as necessary

8. Manage external audit

Requirements
The ideal Controller should meet the following minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills
Experience preparing financial statements
