JOB OPPORTUNITY, SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA (COSTA DEL SOL)
We are looking for an office manager with knowledge of foreign languages and administrative experience. The vacancy is opened in Alegria (a real estate agency and developer in Spain), for their office in Costa del Sol, San Pedro de Alcantara.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the client database, working with corporate services and programs,
- Providing company services to clients,
- Meeting, consulting, and negotiating with clients,
- Working at the office reception according to the office schedule.
What is important to us:
- Administrative experience,
- Knowledge of foreign languages, Spanish and English required, others are welcomed,
