JOB CENTER for migrant workers

We currently have a fulltime Regional Finance Manager opening for international technology company. In this role, Regional Finance Manager will handle close, financial reporting, audit and tax liaison for US operations. The Regional Finance Manager will use accounting and economic skills to evaluate operating data, detect business trends and prepare financial statements that comply with industry practices. The ideal candidate will also oversee all financial transactions in reference to the plants operating goals and budget. This Regional Plant Controller should have a SOX compliance background and have had experience overseeing various accounting and finance departments.

Primary Duties

· Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

· Financial forecasting and modeling

· Oversee the operations of the accounting department

· Provide financial analyses and make improvements

· Prepare monthly financial statements

· Development and coaching

· Assist with annual plant budgets

· Coordinate SOX compliance process

· Assist with cost reduction

Requirements
The ideal Regional Finance Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Regional Finance Manager role include and are not limited to:

· CPA preferred

· 7+ years of accounting experience and FP& A

· 5+ years of leadership experience

· Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Budget Management

· Excellent written and verbal communication
