Description

An international brand Dstricts is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented individual to join our team as a Premium Supplier Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and securing partnerships with premium suppliers of luxury services for our High Net Worth Individuals. The services include luxury apartments rent, car rent, wellness services.

Key responsibilities:

• Supplier Acquisition:
Proactively research and identify premium suppliers across all our segments.

• Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and client expectations.

• Onboarding and Registration:
Manage the onboarding process for new premium suppliers, registering their contact details and ensuring easy access for Lifestyle Managers.

• Relationship Management:
Regularly communicate with premium suppliers, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering ongoing collaboration.

• Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies, optimize partnerships.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Place of living Spain, Malaga (MarbellaMalaga)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry
• Good command of English and at least one more additional language (Russian, French, German, Swedish, Spanish)
• Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing strong relationships with high-level contacts
• Driving license and own car is desirable
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and other relevant business tools
• Passion for the luxury and hospitality industry, with a keen understanding of HNWI expectations

Conditions:

• Homeoffice position
• Flexible working schedule: Mon-Sat (full time position, the schedule is negotiable)
• Within the test period (3 months) competitive comission based salary 3500Euro in average (no fixed salary only % from each deal) .

Once you pass the test period of 3 months the fixed salary is 3500-5500Euro + %bonus. The fixed fee will be based upon your result and the offered position in the company.
