JOB CENTER for migrant workers

We are currently seeking Full Time RNs for 11pm-7am shift. Must be able to work alternate weekend!! Responsibility: Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Ensure that the written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department are followed by all nursing personnel assigned to you. Ensure that the Nursing Service Procedures Manual is followed in rendering nursing care. Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained. Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc., as necessary. Participate in the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department. Complete the nursing services portion of the resident’s discharge plan as necessary. Monitor nursing care to assure that all residents are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect. Provide data to the Quality Assurance & Assessment Committee as required. Prefer but not required, one year experience in a Nursing Home health-related facility. Salary is based on experience. Requirements Preferred to have experience in a Long-Term Care environment, but New Grads are welcome! Must possess and maintain a current NYS license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Must be able to move, lift and position patients. Knowledge of Sigma Care is Preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required.
