The Opportunity:
As the Facility Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring the delivery of professional care and support services in line with our values and standards. You'll manage personnel matters, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and uphold our commitment to excellence in care.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN).
Current AHPRA registration.
Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care.
Working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
Strong communication skills.
Current National Police Certificate.
Previous nursing management experience desirable
