JOB CENTER for migrant workers

The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery, equipment, and general infrastructure in the factory. You will carry out preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of factory equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions and emergency repairs.
• Ensure factory facilities are in working order.
• Work with management to improve overall efficiency and safety.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of factory equipment and systems
• Understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
