Description

Position for Chef de Partie at BóTOWN BURGERS

You must have at least 2 years chef work experience for this position, and experience in professional cookery.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Preparing food for guests Managing stock and waste within the kitchen Training junior staff Stock rotation and ordering HACCP and Food Safety Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace. Helping the head chef on duty.

Salary Euro 34,000 per annum.

Full time position.

39 hour per week.
