JOB CENTER for migrant workers

Hey legends! We're Billie Jo, the crew behind handcrafted, ocean-inspired jewellery, and we're on the lookout for an eCommerce Warehouse & Administration Assistant to jump on board. This is a casual gig, offering a regular shift on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, with the flexibility to take on additional shifts as they become available.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
Preparing orders and products for dispatch
Organizing, preparing, and dispatching wholesale orders (Australian + International)
Processing customer returns
Complete regular stock-takes
Customer service emails
Provide support to the office team with administrative tasks
Count and check stock deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt into the warehouse system
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Administration duties
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the
overall objectives of the company.

Who you are:

Previous pick/packer experience highly regarded, but not essential
Experience in Shopify also highly desirable, but not essential
High attention to detail.
A willingness to take ownership of the role.
Strong communication skills.
Sound computer skills.
Extremely organized and able to multitask.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be comfortable to be in office content for social platforms
