What you can expect in a day in this role

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operations
Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders and queries
Managing TAB functions
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
What you will bring to the role

Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative you will have:

Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
Knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
An understanding of food & beverage products and services
A professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG), or the ability to obtain these certificates
Please note to be successful in this role you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
