As part of a diverse & high-energy team, you'll work together to provide exceptional service experiences for our guests, distinguishing our brand in the heart of the Coast.

We’re on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals seeking opportunities to join our dedicated Housekeeping department, as a Houseperson. This role offers abroad range of hands-on jobs and tasks ensuring no two days are alike.

The Role:

The Houseperson plays a pivotal role in our housekeeping department, assisting with the general flow of the day.

General maintenance of the Property and Pool Servicing

Upkeep of public areas, and Hotel Grounds

Assisting our guests, ensuring their need's are met

Supporting other hotel-departments such as luggage porterage, driving our Quest Shuttle and setting up our conferencing facilities.

This flexible role spans day and night shifts, offering a unique opportunity to become well-rounded in assisting across our property, and our numerous departments. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of property presentation while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Successful Applicants Will:

Hold a current Valid Australian Driver’s License.

Be available to work flexible shifts across 7 days, including weekends and nights.

Must be able to work Monday and Tuesday Evenings - 2.30pm - 9.30pm.

Excel in multitasking and completing tasks within designated timeframes.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, liaising professionally and friendly with all hotel members and guests.

Have a keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for workplace safety.

Show willingness to learn and be coachable, with a team environment

A kind heart for animals, enhancing our pet-friendly environment and services.

Experience:

While prior experience in a houseman/person,the concierge, or trades role within a hotel environment is ideal, it’s not mandatory. We highly regard any trade qualifications or skills related to hospitality, travel, or tourism industries.
